2027 OIDFA National Stand Theme: Fish

Lanzarote is one of the Canary Islands, Spain. It is well known for its volcanos and beautiful ocean views. Our chosen 2027 U.S. National Stand’s theme is “Fish”.

Several patterns are available. For Sumiko’s pattern, click here. Kumiko Nakazaki’s patterns, please click here. You can use Idrija 30 or 40 thread.

  • You can use own patterns or use any patterns you can find.
  • Leslie Williams, of Lesly’s Lace, kindly allowed us to use her fish patterns. Please visit her Facebook page at www.facebook.com/lesleyfw/ and her blog site at https://lesleyslace.blogspot .com/

We would like to thank those who graciously donated their patterns to the OIDFA U.S.A.

We received over 2000 lace roses from all over the world. What a collaboration it was! EC board members and some volunteers participated in assembling the rose display.

CONGRESS ON-SITE COURSES

(not all the courses posted)

Between congresses, members maintain contact with OIDFA and one another through a member Lecture Series and a quarterly Bulletin containing articles and news. A further aspect of OIDFA is its Work and Study Groups, which conduct and publish research on lace topics with an international perspective.
